  Service was horrendous. They couldn't cope with the amount of people coming through the doors. Firstly, the bar staff didn't know what an earth they were doing alot of walking up and down the bar trying to look busy, took 20 minutes to get a drink, even though we were the only people at the bar!
  The waitress who took our order didn't know what sides came with meals, so our order was wrong!
  Long wait on food, although delicious!
  Then when it came to the bill, we wanted to split it down and pay half, she then told us to work it out ourselves and left us the card machine, walked off and waited her other tables!!!
  We stood there is complete shock!!!
  She then came back over and argued with us shouting that she "doesn't have time to work the bill as she has other people to deal with" She was SO unprofessional it was shocking!
  The only good point was the Manager James, he was working his arse off the whole time and he definatly deserves a medal working with such rude and utterly useless staff!
  I will not be returning to this branch!

  First warning sign was when we took 5 minutes to be seated with no less than 3 staff members giving us the stink eye from a distant and then cracking on with something else instead of approaching us. The service was consistently bad for the entire duration of our time, with not one person so much as breaking half a smile so needless to say, no tip was being left!
  
  I can usually let all that slide if the food is decent but to say it was average would be giving a lot more credit than it deserves. To cap it all off the reason I'm writing this at 6 in the morning is because I've woken up with a stomach ache and the strangest noise from my gut. You don't want to know the rest but clearly the kitchen staff aren't practising any kind of good hygiene.
  
  The mall probably doesn't have the best selection of good restaurants available but it does HAVE plenty of others at least so do yourself a favour and don't put yourself through the ordeal of F&Bs.

  Service was good and staff were friendly, however food was processed, stodgy and tasteless and left us both with upset stomachs. Wine tasted as if the bottle had been open for a week. Been going to F&Bennies for several years but will not go again as it was so bad
