  This TGI is awful compared to the one at Cabot. First we had to wait about 20 minutes for a waiter to come over to our table just to order food. When the food finally came out, I was given an cheese burger instead of a chief burger then when they realised the mistake. I had to watch all my friends eat their meal while mine was obviously being cooked. The presentation of the food is a joke and we asked for BBQ source 3 times, waited 20 minutes for it and got charged 99p! For it. Place is a mess never be returning

  Always good food with fast attentive service.
  
  Returned 14/01 for fillet steak. Lovely food and fast service. Booked ahead would have had to wait 90 minutes otherwise. See medium cooked 7 oz fillet picture for quality.

  Charlie the waitress was helpful and lovely. I asked for a medium done steak and got a well done instead (I was given the chance to have a second one though). I can't say the food was great. The music was too loud (felt more like a club than a restaurant) and was kind of cold inside the restaurant. My first time at a T.G.I. and I was disappointed.
